in Freespire, I just installed it and was restoring items and somehow.....I accidentally removed the panel.
How can i restore it ?

Hi - you didn't mentioned which panel you're talking about. Anyways, here are some options which you can install. 1. dash to dock panel ---- command -- sudo apt install gnome-shell-extension-dashtodock 2. dash to panel --------- install from - extensions.gnome.org/extension/1160/dash-to-panel/3. latte dock panel ---- command -- sudo apt install latte-dock 4. tint2 panel --------- command -- sudo apt install tint2 --- remember -- Tint2 will not launch automatically on a system reboot. You will have to add it to the list of auto starting apps. To do so, launch “Startup Application Preferences” app from the application launcher. Add a new entry in the starup application preference ---- in edit startup program -- write :: Name : Tint2 Command : sleep 3 && tint2 Comment : tint2 bottom panel -- then click on - save - ( right bottom side ) 5. vala panel -- command -- sudo apt install vala-panel 6. plank panel -- command -- sudo apt install plank |
