Freespire 9 updates

We have uploaded some fixes for Freespire 9. The security updates have been updated to 3/11/2023. We also included the following changes

Ubuntu Advantage Tools have been removed and cannot be installed without breaking the system in the process
Snapd is now blocked and cannot be installed. Wedo include Flatpak and thats what we will be staying with
Incomplete icons in the Software store has been fixed
Dock is now on the left side as has been requested from our users
We have now included the Applications and Places menu in the top panel
Remote HDMI resolution has finally been fixed
XFCE has been moved to secondary status. Default desktop will be GNOME 42.5

The XFCE release has been updated and new releases have been posted.
